Anyone can now use this method anywhere in the world, without having to obtain my permission. However, in the future, it will almost certainly be necessary to obtain permission from me to use this method in the United States.

• The method was developed during the Summer of 2007, and a provisional patent application was filed in October 2007.
  
  
• In September 2008, a patent application was filed under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).
  
  
• An application for a U.S. patent was filed in September 2010 (#20100234046).
  
  
• Following a 12/15/2011 interview with the patent examiner, agent submitted claims amended to clarify differences between this method and prior art.
